A FRENCH MANUFACTURER OF COMPOSITE PARTS

38 years’ experience in the design and production of composite parts

Formaplast was established in 1993 by Philippe Montero further to 14 years’ experience in the composites sector.

It was initially based in Sichamps before transferring in 2003 to Nevers, to larger, better adapted 2000m² premises.

Today, an ever larger number of clients have come to trust Formaplast for the design and production of their composite parts, in small or large production runs.

More than a profession: a passion

With every part handled, Formaplast’s teams endeavour to produce the highest quality and most durable product possible.

Ever since its creation, Formaplast has always worked on a basis of cooperation and trust with its clients to produce the precise parts required, within the set timeframes. So, why not give us a try?

Why use composites for your made-to-measure parts?

A composite material is comprised of a reinforcing element (fibre) and a binding element (resin). This concept enables improvement of the quality of the material, conferring lightness and rigidity at a controlled cost.

In line with your project’s requirements, each part carries an association of two materials whose properties are selected to match your requirements: lightness, resistance, suppleness, etc.

Materials used

Different materials are used in composite parts, always depending on the project requirements:
